About Roxanne Shetler and Rox's Ruff Cuts

This is my nineth year of grooming dogs.  I started grooming because I was looking for a career change, so I merged my love of animals with my need to be creative.  Initially experimenting upon my own golden retriever, I furthered my training with a local groomer.  The next logical step was to start my own business.

After dreaming about owning my own business and spending a considerable amount of time searching for the right location, we finally discovered a space for lease that was perfect in size and a great location.  It's easy to get in and out and never a problem with parking.  The large plate glass window and open floor plan allow customers to observe grooming first hand.  We wanted the dogs to run loose inside, so we constructed a half wall in front to prevent escapes yet allow a non-restricitve environment - a giant playpen! 

We also provide limited doggie daycare Monday through Friday; this is a great socialization experience for new puppies.
